Molded Shipping Containers
These thermo-formed high-density polyethylene shipping containers meet the Air Transport Association's(ATA) Specification 300, Category 1 requirements.

Atlas will line each monitor case with cushioning foam and install appropriate foam blocking to support the monitor body and remove some of the transit loads from the monitor's pedestal.

Because of the variety of monitor sizes and shapes, our designers will work with you to be sure the case size and foam configuration is correct for your monitor.

Standard Shipping Containers can also be customized to hold monitors.

ATA Cases
Atlas builds these ATA-style cases to conform to ATA Specification 300 Category 1 requirements.
  • ABS laminated to top quality plywood, machine-riveted to aluminum extrusions
  • Hinged (full length piano hinge) or removable lid
  • Ball Corners
  • Tongue and groove closure
  • Recessed steel latches and handles

 

We line each case with cushioning foam and install appropriate foam blocking to support the monitor body and remove some of the transit loads from the monitor's pedestal. Because of the variety of monitor sizes and shapes, our designers will work with you to be sure the case size and foam configuration is correct for your monitor.

Standard ATA Cases can also be customized to hold monitors or meet special requirements.

Flat-Screen Displays
We've seen an increasing need for shipping and carrying cases for flat-screen monitors and displays. Atlas has packaged many of these devices in the last two years and will be happy to work with you to provide a case for your single or multiple flat screen displays.

This case was built especially to hold a large NEC Plasma Display. The screen fits snugly into a large flat custom ATA case. This case is then slipped into a cavity in the foam in the larger case. Other equipment is stored alongside the plasma screen in adjacent foam cutouts. We've made many of these. Call to see what we can do for you and your Plasma Screen transport needs.
